Assistant left us alone to browse as we asked until we were ready to discuss options. Willing to show us the slat systems and discuss pros and cons. Explained the mattress experience and the encouraged us to try different recommendations. Spent a bit more than planned but happy with our choices.

Our salesperson was Lauren and she could not have been more helpful. Her knowledge of the products was excellent, we got exactly what we wanted, it was all ordered in a timely fashion, delivery dates and information was clear. We left the store very happy with our purchase.

Lauren was super helpful and really patient with our 2 little girls. We told her that we were looking for a mattress for our spare bedroom. She showed us a range of different options and clearly explained the benefits and price points of each options. She explained the different coverage options and organised delivery quickly.
