Dreams - Colchester

We were given every assistance to find what we wanted and good advice about the products. Also - a welcome cup of tea!! We were tested on the Sleepmatch bed and helped to find what we needed.

I used the Sleepmatch facility for diagnosing the best mattress to suit my needs. The first assistant Tony R) was really helpful with this and showed me the recommended beds to try out. I was not pressurised to buy on that day and chose to go home to think about it. I chose to return to take advantage of the 25% sale and was helped by another assistant (Tony V) who was equally as helpful but said he would be proceeding with the sale on behalf of his colleague as he had originally assisted me. I felt this ethos of the company was very laudable and I was happy to proceed with buying a mattress and a sofabed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything until I felt ready to do so.

I was greeted by a lovely lady called Amanda, she had a lovely smile, she was very knowledgeable, she advised me that it was very important with my bed, she offered me a drink and also advised me where the toilet was situated. All the staff seemed so happy, I also spoken to Tony the manage the next day with a question, he was very helpful, thankyou for a great experience, I thought I wouldn't find my purchase so painless. Lauren was really helpful as soon as I entered the store. After being let down by another company recently on my moving in day and not even being told this experience has been a lot more positive.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The products I wanted were available and delivery was easily organised together with collection of the old mattresses.

The service was very thorough and non-aggressive. We were dealt with by a girl called Lauren who was really good, set us up on the sleep match machine and helped us find all the recommended mattresses as a result. All whilst we were trying to shop with two very young and enthusiastic toddlers!! Lauren was lovely and very helpful
