The assistance I received from Katie and her manager at the Tollgate, Colchester store was very friendly and informative and there was no hard sell which I appreciated. The digital bed was helpful in narrowing down the right kind of mattress for me. Delivery went exactly as arranged.

A very experienced sales person helped us to find the right bed he gave us lots of information on what would work for us the easiest money ever spent

I came in to store about a week before purchase and spoke to Lauren. She was very helpful and patient. When we decided to commit to a purchase manager Liam again very helpful and answered all questions before being handed back to Lauren to complete our purchase

The manager served us and gave us the information we needed to compare prices and quality. He left us alone to discuss options and came back to offer discount on a headboard if purchased with matress and base. He explained all the options fully and worked out prices for us. Very satisfied with help given and made a purchase.

Amanda and Katie were very helpful friendly and knowledgable. They were happy to answer all my questions and gave me great advice.

My Wife & I had looked at other beds for our 6 year old but they just didn’t hit the mark, until we came to Dreams. We have brought others bed & mattresses from Dreams before so we knew the Dreams brand is strong. What made it for us was the level of assistance we received. A young lad called a Liam in the Colchester store was brilliant. He knew all about the bed & answered all our questions, he even looked at the build instructions & helped us understand the if it would be fit for our daughters bedroom. The best part was though, he was confident, kind & had a great sense of humour; very nice guy. He made us both feel welcome & as if we were the only customers there. He did great as we were only looking but ended up buying. We are looking at buying a new Simba mattress, we will definitely be going to see Liam again soon. Well done Dreams, thank you. Rory.
