The staff were really nice and friendly, Liam the assistant manager was the person to help and he was very informative and knowledgeable, he helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. This goes along with the rest of the points made that you provided in this survey. Clean shop, and a great selection. Liam wasn't pushy nor uninterested in helping me which I personally don't find in other sales persons. so 5 stars to him.

Very nice product. Great service, highly attentive but not overbearing. The manager was able to explain everything in very simple terms. We were very relieved as we had recently had a very bad experience with one of your competitors.

The product we wanted was available the assistant was very friendly and helpful

Although the bed we had seen on line was not available for me to see the assistant quickly showed us a picture of it so we could be sure this was the bed we wanted to order. We also needed a mattress and were advised on a suitable firm one that suited our requirements. Katie offered me a coffee and could not have been more attentive. Another assistant went to measure the depth of the unde bed so I could be sure that my under bed boxes would fit. Altogether it was a very easy transaction and I would recommend the store others. Thank you to all the very helpful staff.
