Dreams - Colchester

Katie and Tony Went into great lengths explaining the different qualities of the beds and mattresses. We were originally looking for one bed as we were impressed with the information explained to us we decided to purchase two beds.We cannot praise the staff enough for their professionalism and customer service

We were approached by staff but not pestered. It was suggested that we try the sleep experience bed to find out which firmness rating would suit us. We were thinking of purchasing a Tempur mattress but as there were so many in this Dreams store, along with the knowledge of the staff, it made our decision for us. We were able to compare the different firmness ratings as well as difference mattress depths so we were happy to spend this amount of money on the Tempur because we had been able to try out so many to compare. The store manager handed us to Lauren who was able to answer all our questions and was sweet and patient with us. Very happy with the service we received.

Friendly staff with good knowledge

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Amanda was extremely helpful and was there to answer all my questions, she had great patience and is a great asset to the company.

On entering the store we were greeted by Tony.V he offered us tea and then explained that we could have a mattress personalised to us, we were able to use the computerised bed,which printed us a sheet of mattresses that would suit us, so we tried them out and were surprised how comfortable they were so much so we came out with a mattress.Tony was very helpful, and had a great knowledge, it was an all round pleasant experience.

Promptly greeted, discussed my needs. Used the new 'Sleep Master' bed to check we were correct in deciding the mattress. Advised and shown the correct ones. All my questions were answered before I ordered my mattress.

The staff were all friendly and attentive but also not overbearing. We had previously visited a couple of weeks before and said we would be back and the staff member remembered us coming in so that was nice. It was also pleasent to be offered a drink after entering the store and being able to discuss our options and price budget without feeling pressured to spend more money. Me, my partner and my mum who the purchased items were for were all highly satisfied with everything. About 2 years ago my partner biyght our bed from this store and he said then the employees were also very helpful, polite and not overbearing then either which is why we went back for our new purchase this time.
