Really good worker who helped all the way though

Lauren served us today and we had allot of questions and wanted to see different types of beds. She answered all our questions perfectly and showed us and discussed every bed we wanted to look at. She Was great.

You offered the product that we were looking for, we were offered assistance but were then left alone to try before we placed an order. The delivery was on a day and time convenient to us. All staff were very pleasant including the delivery men.

Lauren was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. She explained the delivery process very well and I couldn’t have asked for more.

The salesman was very helpful and did not try to pressure me into making a purchase. Rather he advised on the items that would meet my requirements. Very straightforward and friendly professional service.

Tony R. was on hand but not invasive. He was very knowledgeable and gave us opportunity to decide rather than being pushy. We asked a couple of questions and he was able to answer immediately. Unlike other companies he was able to direct us to relevant products without wasting any time.

We was greeted by a very friendly girl called Lauren. she was so helpful and asked us to do the bed test. We thought that was great. all the team staff were friendly. We actually ended up purchasing a much more expensive mattress to which we can't wait to have delivery off. The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend dreams.

The sales assistant didnt push us to make a decision at any point but was happy to leave us to discuss what we wanted as a family and then come back to her. She was very knowledgable about what was available to us too. She explained the order process without rushing us.
