I was searching for a new mattress for my son who has autism and he was with me in the store the assistant Amanda couldn't have been more helpful and friendly she was absolutely brilliant made every effort to insure that we come away with everything that my son felt he needed for his new mattress

The person concerned was very helpful with answering questions asked.

Amanda, the dreams colleague, who helped me with my purchase was delightful. She wasn’t trying to oversell me anything, she was transparent and informative about the difference between dreams and bensons for beds which is only 2 doors down. I felt like time was no factor which was nice and relaxing, i was offered tea and coffee and was shown more than enough products to make my selection. Overall it was just a lovely experience

I started to look around your store looking for a 4foot bed. When your assistant asked if he could help me. He showed me over to where they were and we spoke over different types. We very soon came to a decision and l ordered the bed to be delivered. Very pleased with assistance as l am 81 years old.

The girl who served us, Katie, was excellent and exceptional! Fabulous service in a suitably comfortable style. I would HIGHLY recommend the store based on her customer service!

And they were very thorough in processing our order and made sure we were happy with our purchases and the delivery .. also about after sales service.. they are a credit to the Dreams outlet in tollgate Colchester
