The first time we visited there was only one assistant in the store which was a bit off putting. We gave up and went home but did revisit two days later and Amanda came to us very quickly and was very efficient and helpful throughout our visit.

The reason my self and my wife are highly satisfied with our visit to dreams Colchester is a number of things the friendly welcome your receive when you enter the store to the helpful service you receive looking for a product that suits your needs I was even more impressed by the manager of the store as there was someone walking around the store bouncing a hard plastic ball and having two you g children I was concerned of this item hitting my children where the manager asked the responsible adult if they could ask there child to stop bouncing this ball around as customers are uneasy with it This Made me and my wife feel valued as a customer to the store and not just another number on there states for products bought . So a massive welll done and thank you from us there.

Staff were very attentive and patient.

I went in the store with a price in mind and the young lady who served me did not try and persuade me to over spend but stuck to my budget. Although she had only worked there for 2 weeks she was excellent and I would love to be served by her again.

I am a returning customer and did my research on your website prior to my visit. As soon as I entered the store I was approached by a friendly assistant who helped me right through the process. I nearly fell asleep on my chosen bed. All the staff in the store were friendly and helpful and made me feel special with their attention. I value the free pillows which came with my order. I look forward to delivery of my new mattress and are glad they will take away and recycle my old mattress.

We were engaged quite sppm after entering the shop by Victoria, a new employee who was quick to realise our needs and not afraid to ask a colleague for helping to assist us, as she was new and her knowledge limited. Both members of staff helped up find what we wanted, offering a range of prices, then allowed is time to decide on our favourite product, and we are pleased with our purchase.

Staff readily available on entering the store. Genuine interest in my requirements for a new mattress, very positive experience, and a very pleasant saleslady.
