Friendly welcome was offered a cup of tea straight away and the staff member had alot of knowledge of the products.

I had taken info of the mattress i wanted to try and Mandy at tolgate store was so very helpful ! Trying different mattresses was no trouble We were even offered tea or coffee while we tried out selected mattress So very helpful and product knowledge was superb delivery dates were good for us Overall a great member of staff We didnt use your freeport branch even though it is very near ,because your product was kept up 2 flights of stairs ! And no lift ! I needed to buy a new mattress as have a back problem so was not willing to climb !!

The store manager- john? I think. Was very helpful and full of knowledge. He took my details to enter into your machine - which I must say is a very good bit of gear. I learnt alot just laying on the bed looking at the screen whilst my posture was being assesed for the right matress. Once completed john let me choose my pillow and showed me around the beds that would suit me! Both the manager and the equipment you use are brilliant!!

Lauren was very helpful and she asked for advice from another assistant when she wasn't sure if something was available. She was not over eager to make the sale which can be very annoying. She offered us refreshments which was a nice touch. We got the delivery day we wanted. The bed was a reasonable price.

Tony was helpful and very knowledgable. The store was very busy but he made sure we were looked after.

The staff were very friendly and they took their times with me when I was trying to decide which mattress I wanted and they show me more mattresses for me to decide.

We had a very good experience from Tony R, he put us on the bed machine which showed us a tailored report of what mattresses we should be using. Tony R then took us to each and every matress listed for us to try.

The staff where very friendly , patient and helpful. Helping me find the right mattress. I recommend this place because they are very helpful.

We were offered assistance by Amanda, she was a lovely lady who was very friendly and very helpful, she showed us a lot of different beds and when we settled on the one we wanted she showed us all the different ways the bed would suit our needs, we then asked about bedroom furniture and she took her time to show us what was available and helped us choose what we wanted, she even made me a cup of tea, I couldn't fault her professionalism.
