Dreams - Colchester

Visiting this dreams store could not have been easier. We were looking for a particular mattress, which had an amazing sale, Lauren found it immediately and had all the information we needed. She was patient and friendly, knew all the answers to our questions and tailored everything we saw and tried out to what we wanted. Even though there was a problem with the computer system, service was incredibly professional, fast and positive. With the sale on, we feel we got our bed for an amazing price and are extremely happy with the entire experience. Have already recommended to friends/family.

We received a warm welcome from the Dreams member of staff (Amanda) who approached us with the opportunity to use the Sleep Match facilities. Following this, Amanda showed us to the most suitable mattress for us to try whilst providing us with some information about each one. After selecting our mattress, the payment process and delivery selection was very efficient and well explained. Would highly recommend both Amanda and the Tollgate, Stanway store to friends and family looking for mattresses or bed products in future. Thank you.

We entered the store and were approached by Tony the store manager. He asked us what we were looking for we Told him a Hypnos mattress. He took us to the mattress and asked specific questions about our choice he then put us on the sleep right machine to determine which was right for us. While we were lying there he went off and made us a cup of tea. Our whole experience was handled brilliantly by him no pressure let us make our minds up when we were ready. I would definitely recommend Tony and the store to everyone.

I was served by the manager who was highly efficient and discreet. I could not have asked for better service; he was friendly and answered all my questions. He clearly knew all about mattresses and was able to give the pros as well as cons of various mattress types as well as headboards. he guided me to where the products could be found and kept a discreet distance whilst I discussed the merits of items with my family.

Soon as we walked in we was greeted with smiling faces and assisted straight away buy the branch manager then was taken to the tech bed that show what bed was best for us even down to pillows was a very good experience was taken round showing beds and mattresses was shown the best ones designed for us and was shown beds with great style. Was very very smiley and lovely person showing us around branch was very clean and well planned out and had great service was our second time at dreams and it won’t be our last will tell all friends and family that this is the place to go. 10/10
