The customer service was excellent. I was also very impressed with the technology used to accurately calculate the correct mattress for me. Based on the results the sales rep was able to quickly narrow down my search and offer me the best possible selection of mattresses within my price range.

The assistant Amanda was very informative and attentive also very patient

We were offered assistance as soon as we entered the store. We were looking for a new bed/headboard & mattress for our mum who has dementia, she was with us on this visit. The female assistant was very patient & helpful, even swapping mattresses on beds so we could see the mattress she had chosen on the bed she liked, so we could check the ease of getting on & off the bed for our mum. It was no trouble when i asked prices of several items & helped us colour match the fabric of the bed to her chosen headboard. Purchase was straightforward & we were allowed to choose the delivery date to suit our requirements.

Amanda was extremely helpful and knowledgable and put up with my wife having the giggles whilst being fitted for a mattress on your machine

The sales guy (Liam I think it was) was very professional and polite. Had exactly the bed we needed. Delivery time was really go (ie not a long wait)
