We were greeted promptly and given bottles of water and a pillow each, we were then able to wander freely before returning to help.

Very helpful staff. Even went to the trouble to lookup a previous order to ensure I was getting the same product again.

Lauren was extremely helpful without being pushy in any way. She was a very friendly assistant who left us to make our own decision after explaining all our options. We were offered drinks during our visit as it was quite a hit day, a lovely touch.

Attended the Colchester store. After hunting all day for a new bed, dreams was the last store to look at my partner and I had a specific bed type we were looking for, which we didn’t find In any other store walked in and we both saw it. (The Hugo) Tony V came over to help us with our choice. We were going to use our existing mattress but after tying the mattress machine we were sold. New mattress,pillows and bed coming at th weekend. I was surprised how quick it would be coming. Tony V made us feel so welcome with offering us cold drinks and a great knowledge of all the products. 0% fiancé option was great and such a quick process. I’d give the Colchester store a big thumbs up and Tony V is a credit to your company.

I was really pleased with the service. Even though we have to wait for the mattress it was clearly explained why the wait... I was made to feel valued.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and very helpful, we also enquired about replacing a mattress on another bed, the name had changed but he was able to help us pinpoint the same mattress (which had a new name). This will be the 3rd mattress of this type we have bought from your company.

Excelent sales assistance nothing too much trouble, knew what they were talking about, gave great advice, but importantly they were not pushy and over bearing that we hand found when visiting other shops. Great shopping experience thanking you.

I didn't have to wait around for long before one of your assistants spoke to me. He actually called out a guy from his lunch to take my order as he was already busy with someone else. The order was completed very quickly and everything was explained to me.

Tony R was brilliant. Extremely helpful with advising us on what would be best for us but at the same time gave us enough space so we didn’t feel pressured into buying.
