We were shown products we asked for and given advice , put on electronic mattresse so we got right one for us

The customer advisor was very helpful, not pushy at all and very knowledgable.

The Store Assistant was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable and gave us plenty of time to make our decision.

My Husband & I had visited 2 others brand of shops before entering Dreams in Colchester. The service on arrival was perfect and Amanda who served us took the time to show us what the perfect bed was for us. The previous stores we felt we were led to the most expensive mattress as opposed to our actual needs! Fantastic service and knowledge and we were made to feel we were the most important customer she had seen that day = very rare you get customer service like that nowadays and with that in mind, we purchased there and then! 10/10

was given a very warm welcome as soon as i entered the store, the assistant was very pleasant, knowledgeable and listened to my needs, i didnt feel any pressure, and was guided to products that were suitable for my needs and then given plenty of time test them for suitablility

This is our second time getting a bed from you. We bought our own bed from you 18 moths ago and have come back for our guest bed. We looked. Around but decided you were the best.

The assistant who served us, Lauren, was very friendly, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I had just looked around the store the week before but she recognised me straight away and remembered which mattress I was interested in. All in all she made both visits pleasurable.

Our visit To Dreams today was highly recommended and we was satisfied due to the time Lairen took to help us get the best bed for our needs and helped us through from start to finish. Not only was we offered drinks but also making sure we understood everything that was mentioned.
