Lauren, the sales associate, was very helpful without being overbearing. She overheard a comment i made to my wife and immediately joined us to explain the query, leaving us then to carry on browsing. She introduced us to the sleep analyser, identified the recommendatuon and then guided thro the options. She explained the 30 day sleep guarantee and when i was looking at the more expensive item guided us to a cheaper unit because of the return policy. I stuck with the more expensive unkt, which Lauren was happy to pursue, despite her good advice. That level of honesty goes a long way to establishing trust.

Very friendly staff, we were served straight away and because they listened and knew their products we were served, completed order and out of the store in 15 minutes. Very impressed

Lauren was very helpful, we were ordering a spare bed for my house my mum came in to look a few days before and saw Tony R. We came back on the Friday with my two year old. The whole process was very quick I was very happy with the customer service that was given all staff are extremely helpful. It was really quick to order and even got to pick next week as a delivery slot.

We had excellent help from Amanda in your Colchester store who helped us with one or two problems relating to my husband just having had hip surgery. We looked in store then phoned back to order. Very satisfied

I came to this store on Sunday and myself and my family were so happy with the customer service from both Tony’s! I then returned again on Monday after making up my mind of purchasing a bed and mattress to be greeted by a lady who was very knowledgeable and lovely!
