The Manager served us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable without being a ‘pushy’ salesman. I do not like to be bombarded by a salesperson’s pitch.

From walking in the door my wife, son and I were taken care of by Amanda. Cups of tea, a drink for our son and taking us around the store to find what we were looking for. Excellent knowledge of available beds meant Amanda could show us exactly what would work best. Really friendly and helpful.

Tony V. was friendly, helpful and highly knowledgeable. He didn't try to push mattresses that were more expensive than the one I was interested in. Instead, he advised me on the appropriate usage of the specific mattress, which resulted in me purchasing a more expensive yet more suitable mattress. Tony also chatted with my and made me a cup of tea - excellent service!

Tony V, who gave us assistance, was a phenomenal help with. I've never bought a mattress before, so I was very unsure of what to expect and what I was looking for. Tony put all my nervousness to ease and made the whole experience very fun and informative. I was very indecisive, but his knowledge and expertise helped me come to find a mattress that I loved.
