The service was outstanding and I couldn’t fault it at all

The store manager was highly polite and nothing was too much trouble for him and his staff at the check out were just as friendly , polite, and we had a few laugh's as well , I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, and being a very senior lady, it was wonderful to go into a store and feel as near normality again. Thank you

The salesman had an excellent knowledge of your products, was attentive to our needs but then left us to make our decision before taking our order. He ensured that we were happy with all the details before concluding the transaction.

Amanda the sales assistant was very patient and understanding of me needs. She took the the time to answer all my questions and was very friendly throughout the whole process.

The lady who attended to us was available, knowledgable and friendly without being too pushy.

The staff were friendly, the store was super clean and you did not feel pushed into a sale, it was our choice but aided by the store colleague.

Very impressed with the knowledge of the Store Manager, he was very attentive but gave us personal time to explore options. We also felt the team went to great lengths to make us feel COVID safe. The free water bottles were particularly a nice touch. Looking forward to receiving our order. Thank you.

The collegue who served us was called Ross. He took the time to understand what we wanted. I cannot fault him. He also made sure our children were kept entertained. It can be stressful shopping with kids but he made sure they were not seen as a nuisance
