Dreams - Colchester

I had never been into a dreams store before, I was very surprised at the high standard of assistance, what really impressed me the most was the bed that you lay on it takes your preferences to your needs such as back problems etc then tells you which mattress will suit you, the assistant was so kind and helpful and explained in every detail I was so impressed and very satisfied and the delivery will be in the next three days so happy.......thank you so much...

We received help from Danielle when we required it and was left alone other times and not hassled, so overall because of her we enjoyed our experience.

The girl in your Colchester store was really helpful and the men who delivered the item were very quick and efficient and friendly and also very careful going round awkward corners to get it upstairs. I was very happy with the whole experience.
