The gentleman who helped us was very helpful. Gave us advice and showed us what mattresses were suited to us. Also gave us pillows to try with the mattresses which we also purchased.

Amanda was extremely friendly and professional with superb knowledge of the products and my needs. She made sure I checked various products and could not have been more helpful. On actually placing my order she was extremely quick on the computer system and clear about prices and terms

We were highly satisfied with the knowledge that tony the store manager had given us, we didn't realise that if we should not be happy with our mattress we could return it. That was very helpful to know.He was very clear on his explanation of the mattress and what he though would be the better one for us.On arrival at the store we were offered tea,coffee or bottled water. We also thought that was a very personal approach. We will be recommending your Colchester store to family and friends.

The service we received was very good. We were shown the product that suited us best then left to talk it over privately. Once decided we were given coffee and talked through the procedure. All in all a excellent shopping experience.

Good help

When we entered the store my partner & I had a look around. I was looking for a specific mattress and then an employee approached us to ask if we needed help. I can’t stand it when you are jumped on as soon as you enter a store. The shop assistant Tony was incredibly knowledgable & helpful from start to finish, & we completed our transaction in a very short space of time because of his knowledge.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and you had exactly what we required, quick expert help from Tony at the colchester store.

All staff very friendly in this particular branch. We were allowed to wander for a while before approached by a member of staff who introduced himself and asked if we needed any help. We said we were ok just looking but after a short while we realised we were confused with the different forms of mattresses available at this time the same member of staff stepped in he apologised and said he did not want to pressure us in anyway and handed us a leaflet which showed us the color coding with regards to the types of mattresses which made our life a lot easier to chose. This was a pleasant experience and un - pressurised experience.
