Tony was brilliant with us and our kids, made drinks for us, showed us round loads of options and in general was very friendly and seemingly very passionate about his job and his store.

after getting dreadful service from bensons ordered mattress feb had wrong size mattress delivered twice then after another month receiving faulty mattress we got refund and came straight to dreams. The service here was brilliant Liam our sales man knew all we needed to know and was very patient while we tried lots of mattresses. He made us a coffee and was very helpful. we will definitely shop here in the future. the mattress arrived in the time we were told and the delivery men were very careful and even wore shoe covers to protect carpets

I had a very specific idea of what type of bed I wanted. I like to get things done so I went straight to a member of staff. I don’t like to anlessly walk about. The staff were very knowledgeable and they weren’t pushy either. Pushy sales people tend to scare me off. I only went in for a bed and ended up walking out with with a bed, mattress, pillows, Ben linin, side cabinets and a chest with free delivery and free assembly. I had a budget in mind which I was very clear about from the beginning and my advisor got me as much as possible and was happy to get me some deals included too. I feel I got a very good deal for what I bought and the advisor couldn’t have been more friendly. They even offered me drinks. Good experience and made it very easy!!

The shop assistants were very friendly. They spoke to my 3 year old girl and made her feel happy. We were offered a cup of tea which was nice. The two girls that served us were very friendly, had good knowledge and didn't try to just sell us the most expensive bed, they took our needs in to account and helped us try out a few different beds. I have already told one of my friends to go there for his new bed.
