The sales assistant wasn't pushy at all but was there if we had any questions. She was happy to leave us to our own devices

Excellent product knowledge of the sales assistant. Very quickly understood what we were looking for and was able to demonstrate products around our specific needs. Plus we were made a cup of tea which was just wat we needed at the time. This is the second time we have bought from this store in the past few weeks and I can certainly say that their sales team are by far the best of all the other similar shops in the Colchester area.

Tony R was very helpful without pressuring us in any way over a purchase. The store was roomy with plenty of beds to look at and make comparisons. We were encouraged to lie on the beds to be certain of their comfort. We were offered different ways to pay for our bed and not pushed to take out finance which made a pleasant change.

The shop assistant was very helpful and approached me to offer help as soon as I walked in with a smile and enthusiasm. She showed me various options and was not pushy in any way. I tried the various options and could make my own choice from the good selection on offer.

I was given advise as to the type of single ottamen bed I should buy for a spare room. It had to be comfortable but not the most expensive as it is only used occasionally

I knew exactly the type of mattress I wanted and the sales assistant knew exactly where it was right across the store to show me. I was also on a tight deadline as I had an appointment and Danielle, the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the right bed frame for my needs. My experience was very enjoyable and easy with no pressure put upon me to make my choice.

Staff very helpful Amanda listened to the needs we had and how the bed would be used! We asked for time to think to choose which bed. When we had decided Amanda was busy but she had put the details on the computer and asked Danielle to take over the sale. Danielle was efficient and friendly. She explained everything. We were so happy with the service we sent my parents there the following week as they were looking to purchase a bed. Previously they had been looking in Bensons next door!
