Dreams - Colchester

Came in, found what we wanted. Were given plenty of information about the sofa bed and also were offered to test it out too.

The staff greeted us and were very helpful, quick, polite and efficient.

Danielle at the Colchester Tollgate store was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She made choosing our new bed a pleasure and painless experience.

The service was polite, informative, they knew there stuff and put it across in a way that made it to understand.

Was looking for a mattress for my son who has hypermobility. Needed a mattress to take away and use thst night. Had just been into Benson's for Beds and they had directed us to a take away mattress but didn't have any in store. So we went next door to Dreams and agsin explained what we needed the Sales rep listened cafully and match what we had been offered. It was also a £100 cheeper! So we're were able to pay the extra £25 for the 8 yrs insurace , which also came with the free matress cover saving £20 and also the offer of half price duvet as we had brought the matress. So for £295 we got the matress we wanted there and then to take away, plus a free cover and half price duvet plus 3yrs extra insurance cover compared to the 5yrs from Benson's for Beds. All done in about 15minits. Great!!!!

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, particularly in light as I had specific needs which made choice more limited.

I VISITED THE STORE TWICE, PLACING THE ORDER ON THE 2ND VISIT AND ON EACH OCCASION WAS TREATED EXCEPTIONALLY WELL. I WAS PLEASED TO ORDER ON THE SECOND VISIT.

The assistant was very attentive, efficient and friendly. We found just what we wanted at a price we were happy with.

Amanda was very helpful and professional, explained everything clearly. Which beds would best suit me as I have a back problem. Then gave me time to walk round the selected beds to try them again. I never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends. Very good service.
