Dreams Staff were extremely helpful in helping us choosing a bed tailored to our needs. They made us feel welcome and we are happy with our purchase.

I felt the staff colleague Lauren, and her other colleagues, were all friendly and helpful.

The assistant (Tony V) gave us his full attention and answered all our questions with a good depth of knowledge and understanding.

we were looking to replace our existing bed with a new firm matrass and bed frame we were given sound advice and were allowed to try out the firmness/softness of the item we eventually bought, we are very happy with the support shown by your staff and hopefully when we receive the bed I will be able to say the same. We were able to wander round without being pestered but an assistantwas helpful when required. Plenty of beds to consider with a clean, clear store.

From entering the store, the staff were friendly, offering help/assistance and most importantly were not pushy / trying to oversell, which in other neighboring stores was the case which makes you want to walk out. Couldn't really fault anything until this point
