Dreams - Colchester

This was the first time I have visited a Dreams store. We were welcomed by a member of staff straight away, he then asked if we would like assistance which we took. After explaining what we were looking for, he told us about the 'sleep experience' machine. We tried this and he then took us around a number of different mattresses with our personal pillow. With each mattress he went through its make up, how it works and showed us the price. We were not rushed and recommended that we took our time to try all of them. Throughout the whole experience he was polite, friendly and took time to listen to our needs.

Amanda, who assisted us, was very professional, gave us plenty of space, no feeling of being pressurised. Happy to return to Dreams (our present Dreams mattress is nearly 8 years old and bit too firm for us now). Covid precautions observed and refreshment offered. Good experience.

I walked in, Tony came up. He stopped at a social distance from me, and asked if I wanted some help. I said yes, he went through the 3 Mattress's I had written down that I wanted to look at. We looked at all 3, and Tony told me the Pro's and Cons of them. We settled on the one I wanted, and went to the desk, and sorted a delivery date. As well I was asked if I wanted my old Mattress Re-Cycled I said yes, then I payed and left the store. All in all a very nice experience.

The sales assistant, Britney, was so friendly and helpful. She helped me find the pillow I wanted and suggested the sleepmatch, which I did and she showed me my matches. I couldn't believe the price of the mattress that matched me and Britney was so helpful and explained everything. I came back afew days later to place my order and Britney helped again and got the order through quickly.

I visited your Colchester, Stanway store. I was so pleased to be left to wander around looking, knowing there were staff around to help but without them hovering. After a while I sought help and was immediately assisted by Tony. He gave such good advice without being pushy. I was shopping for an awkward relative who came on the phone. Tony patiently answered his questions too. Although the relative needed to think about things I was delighted to ring the next day to make an order for a bed, with Tony still helping.
