Dreams - Colchester

I visited the store 2 days previously to discuss and try products leaving with 2 definite ideas. I returned to discuss my purchase with Amanda(and received a cup of coffee as the kettle had boiled) the helpful staff member who served me on my previous visit. Set to purchase one one of the combinations i decided on I had to change it due to the fact I move down the bed at night which meant I could have no frame at the foot of my new bed frame so i explained this to Amanda, She understood and took the time to show me other bed frames which took time but again it was now problem so we settled on a particular frame which worked out price wise, I even got a little more discount to make the deal that little bit easier on my wallet which of course i was grateful for she took time with no problem even though the store was beginning to get busy to re do my finance solution and complete my order with no fuss within an hour this is a very helpful team at colchester looking forward to my new bed and sleeping on it. Thanks to the team it was an easy purchase

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff

We were offered assistance as soon as we walked through the door. The lady showed us different options which were available and generally very helpful.

We were greeted after we had been there a short while, but at no time was any pressure placed. coffee was provided while we browsed the mattresses and two separate members of staff were both helpful and informative while we made our choice.

Amanda was extremely helpful and very welcoming making us seem valued. Amanda introduced us to the "Sleepmatch" which helped us choose the mattress suited to our needs. She made us a tea and made the shopping experience enjoyable. Quite rare we have found recently. Small things make all the difference.

At Stanway Colchester, we saw Tony V. very good indeed, No pressure at all, gave us all our answers and even cups of coffee. Would recommend anyone to this stors. Very impressed.

I have had spinal surgery so therefore needed a good quality bed and very firm mattress. You have so many in the shop I explained what I needed and was given a good few choices to make, and with the added 39 day sleeps you can have as it is very difficult making the right choice with only laying on it for 5 mins, Tony the sales assistant also gave me a memory foam pillow that you sell to try and I did purchase one of these as well. I am hoping the choice I made on the mattress is adequate for my back.

The assistant Tony V. was helpful without being overbearing, he approached us within a couple of minutes of being in the store then left us to browse, he then offered us coffee which was very welcome we placed our order with no problems now looking forward to the delivery.
