Very helpful staff who did not use pressure tactics and allowed us time to make our decision (we visited twice before making our final decision), but at the same time being helpful and guiding with details about the various options. Overall a very good buying experience

Colleague was very sensitive to how much help/involvement we wanted ( not much for first look round), very helpful when we asked her questions, offered us a drink, was very quick and efficient when taking our order. Good product for a reasonable price ( there were cheaper options, but this met our needs)

Liam took the time to make us coffee and made us feel welcomed ,he was very knowledgeable about the products he was showing us ,and was very friendly ,he clearly described what could benefit us and overall made or visit relaxed and helped us make the right choice for our new bed and mattress, we give service and overall standards in Dreams 10/10

Good assistant, good knowledge and support.

Liam was very helpful. He did not push the products or try and sell us the most expensive. He listened to what we were saying and made suggestions to what we were saying. The sleep match was brilliant and saved us getting on lots of beds and not really knowing what we felt.

Staff friendly, and took time to check all items where correct.

Upon arrival a Dreams assistant was on hand to understand our needs. The automatic bed selection machine was offered and expertly explained and managed. Our specific bed type results were shared and Liam the stores assistant manager took us directly to these to test and try. At no point were we hassled or pressured into making a decision, giving us time to retry and discuss options. When we had decided on our choice Liam processed the sale ensuring all details of delivery and payment were taken and recorded correctly. We can’t wait for our bed to now arrive and wish to thank Liam and the team at the Tollgate centre in Colchester.
