Dreams - Colchester

Tony V was very helpful, we were offered tea or coffee, not rushed by staff. Overall a quick & simple shopping trip.

We were impressed by the staff at Tollgate, Colchester Store, in particular AMANDA, who gave us her full attention and was extremely helpful and efficient whilst we were choosing a suitable replacement bed frame and subsequent order. We had to return to the store the following day, to complete a finance agreement form. On arrival, as Amanda was extremely busy, we were offered a coffee whilst waiting, which was most welcome and appreciated. We have previously purchased a bed from Dreams and would have no hesitation in recommending them again. Excellent service.

I had been let down by Benson Beds who had failed to deliver a mattress needed for Christmas guests so I cancelled the order and got a refund and with just 2 days to go before Christmas, went into Dreams hoping they could save the day - and they did. The staff were on hand to help and nothing was too much trouble. I left Dreams with a good quality, deep filled sprung mattress, pillows and a sleep monitor. I am delighted with the mattress and the whole experience made up for the disappointment of Benson Beds. Should have gone to Dreams first! certainly will next time and would highly recommend their customer service and efficiency.
