Amanda was very friendly and polite, and found us exactly what we wanted.all the staff on duty were very helpful, we have shopped here before and will definitely do so again.

The assistant att he store Amanda was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable, very helpful and simply wanted us to find the right ptoduct for our needs. She talked through all our options for the products and costs and we never felt pressured to buy. It was a very pleasant experience, she is an absolutely essential menber of your team

Because the staff were very polite and friendly and product knowledge was very good and took the time to explain the different products and which suited me best.

I was highly satisfied with me experience because I didn’t feel pressurised into buying particular bed ,I was unsure about the type of mattress that would be right for me so the sales assistant went through all the options that was available and even put me on the machine that calculates what mattress would suit me best after that he showed me all the mattress types available for me once again there were no pressure into buying any particular mattress he made sure we were happy with what one we chose he even spent time to tell us about all the types of pillows and duvets after we chose what we wanted we sat down and he took his time and explained everything to us before we purchased to make sure we was happy he didn’t seem like he just wanted our money he even made us a cuppa tea we walked out the store very happy :)

Visited in the morning for general enquiries, dealt with admirably by Danielle. Provisionally promised to return early that evening with my partner. Completed our questions & trials on 2 beds. Chose one, completed all the paperwork with Danielle, arranged delivery date, & paid. Danielle offered all the extras & answered all our questions very competently, & in a very friendly manner. Overall, a very positive experience.

All staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Were also able to have a laugh and a joke with them.
