Dreams - Colchester

Tony, who dealt with us, listened to what we were after, and provided us with 3 mattresses to try, providing the pro’s and cons on each one to which me and my wife agreed on the one of the mattresses he suggested. He also had great knowledge about the bed we were after as well, and due to his wealth of knowledge we ended up buying both!

the staff were helpful and did not pressurise me in any way. Initially we spoke to Danielle who couldn't have been more helpful, we went home and reflected on what we had considered then I returned and was helped by Tony V who answered all our questions and was also very helpful. Looking forward to delivery of the new bed on the 15th!

This is the second tv bed that I’ve purchased from dreams and the sales assistants and quality of the product is very good

We were welcomed into the store and guided to the beds that would suit our needs and then left to look around without being hassled... Liam was a very pleasant young man who had good knowledge of the product and made us a cup of tea whilst we waited to place our order... this was done quickly and expertly and we came out of the store very satisfied...

Your assistant in store was fantastic , she even made us a coffee while we waited . She knew everything that was asked and most importantly made us aware that the bed we didn't want was the bed we needed, after not havining a split base .

Danielle was very helpful, and very knowledgeable. we went on the bed that reads to see what mattress would be better for us, then showed us a few different ones so we could test them.
