Dreams - Colchester

We were initially melted and greeted. Directed to the mattress range that we required. Then given time too make our election. That done, salesman silly placed our order over coffee.

I visited many stores that day and dreams were the most helpful with my needs and really helped with the correct space for the limited space I had . very friendly staff and pleasant easy purchase .

We were placed on a measuring mattress device which specified what type of mattress we required and me and my wife were shown mattresses to fit are needs.

Danielle was very helpful she noticed us straight away and was ready to assist she asked if wanted to try the sleep match machine which we did she offered tea coffee was very helpful and patient as my husband has a bad back and could hardly move her knowledge of beds was great she got us different pillows to try on each bed then we also made a purchase of pillows she wasn't pushy to make a sale but just made you feel at ease

I was not bothered by staff while I did my initial look around and when I decided on the product, the staff were extremely helpful.

this was truly an amazing experience. we were very lucky and were looked after so well that after when we went food shopping we told people in the shop about the quality of goods and the prices and also about the interest free. the salesman was amazing and wasnt pushy in any way. very informative and really had time with us that wasnt rushed .

The bed I was looking for was not on display, but the assistant's help was informative and very helpful. It is the only store which stocks the specific design I was looking for within my price range.
