We went in to the store and spoke with Danielle at length about the different options, deals which were on etc. She was very knowledgeable and didn't put pressure on. The whole store team were very understanding as our kids were running riot and playing hide and seek all over the store! We we went home for a measure up and came in to the store again the next morning to put the order in. Quick and easy to do.

Both Liam & Tony were so helpful and had a great knowledge of the bed and piliows we were looking to purchase, they left us alone to look around and didn't keep hounding us like a lot of sales assistants do, if we stopped to look at a bed they would pop over and answer any questions we had then go off and leave us alone, it wasn't a pressured sale at all and that's why i decided not to look elsewhere at what other options i had, we actually went to the tollgate store to look in dreams and Benson for Beds but we were so pleased we didn't even bother looking in Bensons.

At no time did we feel pressured to buy. Danielle had a brilliant product knowledge and explained things clearly. She left us to try beds and discuss things. We were invited into the tempur room to watch video and experience the product. We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. We were really happy with the total Dreams experience.

Danielle at colchester Stanway was brilliant. Not too much pressure but was around to answer questions and assist us in making a decision. Very friendly.

Very friendly staff- highly knowledgable. Explained the different types of beds and made it very easy for us to narrow our choice down. We were offered a cup of tea too! Very happy

Staff attentive and gave us all the information and help we needed but then gave us time on our own to make a decision on what to buy ourselves. We didn’t feel pressured and the experience was very positive and enjoyable. This was our first experience shopping in Dreams and we will certainly be shopping here again.
