The shop was very nicely arranged and the sales men very friendly.

Helpful and informed assistant. Good range of mattresses to try. Very smooth process once we had made a decision.

We where met with a friendly welcome and asked if we needed help. My husband is disabled and we explained his health conditions and the need for his comfort and was guided around to try out the mattresses Tony R thought would be suitable for my husband. He was helpful on all the mattresses we tried and was very understanding of my husbands needs. He gave us the time we needed to try out the mattresses and and was not rushing us at all, which is lovely to be able to do. He explained the "comfort exchange" scheme , which enabled us to make our minds up, as to spend so much money and not be happy is hard to do. When we had decided on our mattress Tony R advised us of the available date for delivery, the total amount, which included the old mattresses to be collected, and took our payment which was done very easily. All i can now say is thankyou for such a wonderful service which was given with respect for my husbands disablility. Highly recommend the Dream Team!

Our sales lady Amanda was not in anyway intrusive, which was a big bonus after going into the other bed stores. Very helpful and professional. As we wanted to try the bed she got us comfy pillows and allowed us to take as long as we needed to decide. We was not sure about what base we wanted so she offered to put the mattress on top of different bases. She even offered us tea or coffee. Everything was relaxed and friendly in this particular store. Would defiantly go back there.

I was attended to by a gentleman by the name of Liam who is the assistant manager of the store I visited at tollgate retail park in Colchester. Liam was very friendly and welcoming, had a grounded knowledge of the products on display which accelerated our decision as per choice of products. Liam was also very patient , thoughtful and kind and completely worn me over with his hospitality i by offering me a cup of coffee which was much appreciated. Above all, Liam's customer service was genuine. It was indeed a great experience!

Nice welcome initially, not pushy at all but readily available for guidance and advice. Clearly gave us the options available then gave us plenty of time alone to look around and try out the comfort of the beds. Lots of options available, mix and match of mattresses, bases and headboards. Having gone there straight from Bensons we could make a direct comparison and found Dreams better in every way, from products to customer service and store layout.

Tony was extremely helpful without being pushy. He enabled us to make an informed decision as to which mattress we should buy.

So far everything has run smoothly, friendly advice, without sales pressure helped with our choices, just hope the delivery of our order goes just as well.
