Friendly manager Bought a mattress a few weeks ago for my daughter, went back to purchase myself one.

we were happy that we were left alone at first to to brows which we liked but when we needed help the young man came over and explained things to us and offered advise but wasn't pushy. He was very clear about the payment which was quick and he was chatty and enjoyed a joke with us. we were offered a delivery date within a week.

Excellent service , assistant was very efficient product knowledge good, and went through all products that your Equipment suggested my Body/Weight indicated, products tried were clean and helped me make he decision on which Mattress to purchase. Delivery date was good and look forward to its arrival and using, and enjoying the Sleep quality. Many thanks for the painless experience, all made better by your efficient assistant.

Amanda who I phoned was very helpful and proficient when item was out of stock. Phone ed me immediately she had news and realised I had been disappointed. She explained about the guarantee and I am looking forward to receiving my lovely bed.

Tony served us, very knowledgable about all the products, he didn’t push us for the sale, he really knows how to treat people. We were offered bottled cold water on arrival, a nice touch on a muggy day.

Our Salesman at the Colchester store was named Ross, he was knowledgeable, attentive and not at all pushy - which is a very good thing. Our experience was very pleasant indeed.

The Manager (Tony) seemed knowledgeable, was polite and helpful. We left the store with all the information we needed to decide on our purchase. When we telephoned the store three days later and Tony was not in, his colleague (Ross) was also knowledgeable, polite and helpful and took our order over the phone.

Your colleague Ananda was very helpful, professional and patient. She respected my budget and needs and clearly knew her stuff!
