Dreams - Colchester

Tony took the time to give us a leaflet and explain the colour coding of the display mattresses, which was very helpful. He then made us a cup of tea whilst we had a look around. He had listened to our preferences and pointed out various mattresses we might like to try. He then gave us space to discuss between us and try out the various mattresses. We were very interested in a particular mattress but it was more expensive than our butget for a guest bed. However Tony then pointed out that there was a buy and take away one available in the size we wanted and at a reduced price. Perfect for our needs and we bought it! It was a busy Saturday afternoon but Tony made is feel he had time to spend with us.

Tony served us he was pleasant and informative but not over the top he allowed us to browse but told us if there was anything we need to let him know which we did several times and nothing was too much trouble. Visited other bed shops but the assistants never left our side which we found really annoying.

Tony V did everything he could to ensure we got exactly the products we wanted.

We had visited other bed stores looking and I had become overwhelmed with the amount of information I'd received within the other stores. We were about to leave when we were approached by Tony (I think) who offered us tea, coffee and water and asked if we were looking for anything specific. I explained to him how overwhelmed I was and he helped calm me by telling us to take it step by step. Mattress first, base, headboard then any extras. This made me extremely more at ease and he was extremely friendly and helpful with a tonne of product knowledge as I did bombard him with a lot questions about each aspect of the beds/mattresses. We told him our budget and he also helped us stick to that but get the best bed we could. If it hadn't been for Tony's exceptional help we probably wouldn't have purchased a bed that day as I was ready to give up.

The team were absolutely brilliant very courteous and Tony explained the colours of the pillows and what they meant it was very helpful as we both suffer with bad backs that's why we are highly satisfied well done team credit to dreams
