The store solved a problem of ordering the items on line and gave extra information.

The staff at Colchester were very very good happy, in my opinion they were what I would call old school, that is to say they could not do enough for us, offered drinks did not treat us as if we were from another planet,you should look after staff like this as they are the best.

Very friendly and helpful good knowledge of the product , and listened to our questions and needs. And answered with information and knowledge didn't make us feel pressured.would highly recommend dreams would not go anywhere else

A lovely welcome, no pressure, good stock, clean welcoming store. It was such a pleasure in today's world to experience our shopping in Dreams. The staff were very efficient and friendly and helpful Would certainly recommend and have done, and would go again when need arises. THANK YOU

There was no pressure sell, staff explain product coding and let us look round. Then came and answered our questions and was knowledgeable and very helpful.

We went into five bedding shops that day and felt we had the best service from the asst manager Lian so although we could have brought the bed slightly cheaper elsewhere we thought we were getting the best service.

Informed with the needs we wanted for our new bed information, given very informal information and assistance from start to finish.

Turned up on time, communication very good over all very happy.
