We were served by Tony the store Manager He was very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice which made our choice easier He went through the procedure and made it easy for us to understand We were very satisfied when we left store and are really looking forward to our bed being delivered and assembled by yourselves

I knew exactly what I wanted and the colleague who helped me (Amanda) was able to show me several models in a range of prices to choose from. She was helpful, efficient and friendly

Really friendly staff, very helpful and patient with my 3 children. Lady who completed our order in particular was very patient with my son who has ADHD and was making him laugh and letting him play with her calculator

Amanda who served us is a credit to your company. We felt so relaxed while she was with us. Within minutes of introducing herself, it was like we were speaking to a long-lost friend. She was extremely professional and put us at our ease straight away, especially when we were offered a cup of tea whilst walking around the store. You would’t get that walking around any other large chain store. We had visited one of your competitors at the same time and walked out of the shop without buying anything, discussing the lack of empathy, professionalism and interest in us. Amanda had it in spades and I can only congratulate you for employing such a wonderful person.

I visited the store looking for a mattress and my requirements were listened to straight away and was shown all beds within my requirements plus an additional one that was different but suited my needs better which is the one I purchased. I got to try out all mattresses for comfort and all staff there were friendly and inviting.
