Tony was very helpful and polite, he offered us advice and no pressure selling attitude. He made us a lovely cup of tea of which we were very grateful.

Tony at the Stanway branch was cheerful,informative and not too pushy.

we visited the stanway, colchester store and we had no problems at all, we were offered a drink and my children were offered colouring to do whilst we were there. the knowledge and service we received from tony was first class, his product knowledge and friendlyness made choosing our mattress easy for us.

Tony R the Dream colleague who dealt with our purchase, was a highly knowledgeable salesman who answered all our questions in a professional polite manner which allowed us to purchase the right type of bed and mattress.

Danielle was very helpful.answered all our questions and directed us to the beds we should try out.She gave us time to try some beds asked us if we needed any more assistance then left us to make our decision .Once our decision was made she was very efficient with the paper work and our terms and conditions.

Amanda in our Tollgate Colchester store, was just the right balance of attentive but also gave us the space we needed to try the different beds assisting us with all our questions, I was very confused as to what mattress would best suit my needs but her product knowledge was excellent a real asset to your company.
