Overall very helpful and friendly team.

Amanda was very friendly, informative, efficient and patient in guiding me towards making my decision and worked beyond her time to go home without hurrying me or showing any impatience. She should be praised for her efforts. I found Dreams a nicer more relaxing store than others I visited and help and information great. Her colleagues were also pleasant and helpful and understanding when I phoned the next day to add extra handles to the mattress I ordered.

Left to browse around the store at our own free will, although with constant eye contact from the floor staff waiting to offer assistance. When asked for assistance, the manager explained the store lay out and provided us with a leaflet detailing the mattresses and walked with us discussing the different options. He then left us alone to discuss our options and decide what we wanted.

Plessently greated by salesman and was very helpful but not pushy in anyway, he gave us all the info we needed/asked for and allowed us time to choose befor swiftly placing our order with ease.

Amanda 019 tollgate branch was very good extremely helpful and yes I would go backs again I went to the one in Chelmsford the lady in there was not very nice so you nearly lost customer.

We were given time to look around all the products on display before asking for assistance and then shown those which fitted our requirements. We received a very detailed explanation of the service and benefits available to us following which we had a very friendly sales experience.

From entering Dreams shop, we knew by the smiles on the sales staff faces that it would be A pleasant visit. Tony R approached us with a smile then asked what were we looking for. He took us to the beds with the mattresses that we asked for. After explaining the difference prices and quality of your beds, he said that he will leave us to peruse The mattresses. Once we had chosen the mattress he suggested the cool pilllows after noting that My husband was surrfering with the heat. We went on to purchase 2 pillows plus the mattress. So all in all a very good experience shopping in Your shop. We also noticed that the manager made sure anyone waiting was looked after. Well done Dreams.
