Dreams - Colchester

This was our second time visiting the Dreams Store in Tollgate, Stanway. We originally went in on Friday evening to view the selection of sofa beds & beds. We were short of time so only purchased a sofa bed but Tony V (Store Manager) served us as was extremely helpful and recognised that we did not have much tome to spare. He was so good that we decided to return the next day to look at beds / mattress for our teenage son. We visited the store the next day and saw Tony V and Liam who were again very helpful and efficient answering all our questions and processing the order speedily.

We were recommended to the store by our daughter who said how helpful one of your staff were. Our salesman, Tony R, was prompt without being pushy, knowledgeable and ,willing to take time with us. He was happy to let us walk around the store and compare for ourselves, but was on hand to offer ”sensible “ advice when needed. His advice was always constructive. For example, when I explained about me always being warm in bed, he pointed out the Cool pillows that were there. I tried them and bought two. All in all a very pleasant experience. Next time, I will seek him out.. It turns out that he was the same salesman as helped our daughter and son-in-law.

Lovely people very helpful and great discounts

Attentive, knowledgable staff, not kids, got a cuppa lol. Speedy service and delivery time. Bought 4 pillows also and delighted with them. Amanda saw to us and was a very pleasent lady. Thankyou dreams.👍🏻
