Dreams - Colchester

The member of staff at Dreams, Tollgate, Colchester - Amanda - was clearly very knowledgeable and adopted a relaxed and friendly approach but at the same time very helpful, suggesting another mattress when the first one was clearly too soft for us. She was able to answer all of our questions and satisfy us that we could return the product (unlikely) within 40 days etc which was reassuring when spending £699 on a new mattress. Very impressed by her manner and expertise.

The salesperson (Danielle) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to and understood my requirements and showed me products that fulfilled that. Processing of the order was a quick and smooth process. Delivery was within 4 working days which far exceeds my expectation. All round, great experience.

The staff were very polite and helpful in choosing the correct product that we were looking for. They explained the the various payment options and also any discounts that may have been available. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

We were not pounced on as soon as we walked into the store. We were able to have a look around the store and approached after about 5 minutes. Liam from the Colchester branch introduced himself and went through the gradings of the mattresses and left us to look further. We were also offered a drink. When we decided to order, it was all straightforward, with Liam explaining the whole process and offering a choice of delivery dates.

Have popped into the shop several times and recieved very good advice. Then when placing the order, Dreams couldn't have been more helpful
