Went into the shop to pick up a particular mattress that we have bought previously, this time in a different size. Was greeted when we came through the door but not swamped which was good. When found the mattress easy enough, shop was clean and organised. Staff member then approached to assist us. He wasn’t the most friendly or talkative but he got the job done quickly and arranged for delivery on exact day we wanted with no issues. No problems at all quick and efficient service.

Liam was very helpful, he thoroughly explained the differences between the mattresses. As for the store itself, the bed we bought wasn't even the one we wanted to see - we're glad it was displayed in the showroom, as it's a perfect bed for us!

On entering the store we weren't hassled,just greeted by all the staff.When we had been in there about 5 mins(and probably looked like we needed a bit of help!lol!)Amanda came over and offered assistance. She had a great deal of product knowledge and within 5 minutes we had made our choice! We hadn't really planned on actually buying a bed in the first place we went but why not,when we found EXACTLY what we wanted,at a good price,surprisingly being delivered EXACTLY when we wanted it and GREAT customer service!

I have purchased beds from this store and have been very satisfied with the service and quality of the product . The staff were very knowledgeable about the product and put me at ease through out the process . I shall definitely be returning to this store in future .

Because we were satisfied with our previous bed we brought and when we wanted to renew our bed we came back to dreams and was amazed of the choice of beds and pleased with the help of the staff
