Ross our sales person did a brilliant job - friendly, knowledgeable, polite - a delightfully unpressurised sales experience. We left to look elsewhere, but returned within the hour to purchase our mattress.

Very professional and friendly service throughout

I have not been sleeping well for many months, and so finding the right mattress was very important for me and my partner. Ross at the Colchester tollgate branch was a fantastic advisor, very welcoming and easy to talk to, and made us felt at ease whilst giving us all of the info we needed. It was very close to closing time but Ross took his time and helped us pick our favourite. The payment / order detailing part was super quick and easy, and the 3 week lead time was perfect as we needed Time to redecorate before delivery. We will most definitely be coming to Dreams again! Staff very knowledgeable and friendly

Amanda, the colleague who served us was so incredibly helpful, personable and was the main reason we returned to purchase our bed.

We had no issues, visited the store and said what we was after. The assistant done a mattress fit test and showed us our options from the results. Saved us testing every bed.

I was listened to when I explained my complex needs which was a bonus. I only intended to have a preliminary look but the lady assistant was so good. She showed me the beds that met my needs and then left me to think about them. I really wish other stores did this. I was allowed the space and time to think about what I wanted . Highly satisfied is the correct 2 words to describe my visit.

Liam who looked after us was very approachable, friendly and knowledgable, he was happy to answer any questions and tell us of deals or ways to get the best possible purchase for our budget. He wasn’t at all pushy and allowed us time to look about without him breathing down our necks , like many other stores do which can be very off putting. He must be a very popular asset to your company. Thank you dreams and thank you Liam. 😊

We were very impressed with how knowledgeable Amanda was regarding the products we were interested in - nothing was too much trouble for her - she answered our endless questions very patiently and went to great pains to ensure that the mattress and bed we purchased were exactly what we wanted. We spent close to £3000 in your shop and feel quite confident that it was our hard earned money well spent - thank you Amanda.
