The store was clean and tidy and everything was displayed neatly the assistance given was brilliant will definitely be going back we weren't rushed or followed around the store and we were even given a cup of tea

We made two visits to the Colchester Branch. Tony (staff) gave us lots of information, we tried several matresses to enable us to choose the right one. We returned and made our purchase with another Tony (R). Both Tony's were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The ordering process was fine and did not take too long. We would definitely recommend Dreams to our family & friends.

Liam was very helpful, he knew about the flaxby beds and showed us photos of their manufacturing. Very efficient. He was very nice and patient as well.

Liam was a very knowledgeable, friendly and yet unintrusive young man. He gave us plenty of "space" to be able to think through our purchases but was readily available to answer our queries.

The manager who supported us (tony v) was friendly and knowledgable. He greated us as we came into the store but he wasn’t over bearing. I was very impressed with his customer service skills.

The store Manager at Colchester Tony dealt with us during our visit and went out of his way to explain the differences in mattresses and quality of beds to us. It is a long time since I have experienced such superb customer service. I work with the general public all the time and expect sales people to be courteous and knowledgeable - he was both to a high degree. We visited 4 bedroom showrooms in Tollgate Retail Park Colchester and Dreams was the only one where we felt comfortable and had 100% faith in the Manger and his products. We wish all shopping experiences were this pleasurable. I would thoroughly recommend Tony and his team at Dreams - they really are a credit to the business
