Dreams - Colchester

We were served by the manager in the Dream store in Colchester, Stanway. He was very knowledgeable and had even got us some memory foam pillows you have with us while we were checking the mattresses out. Wish I could remember his name but it was good service.

Fantastic service in store by the two colleagues Liam and Danielle, they greated me offered me and drink help me chose the right mattress for me and swiftly processed my order with no hassle I even got some biscuits. Great work dreams you have two colleagues who are a credit to your business.

We had brilliant friendly service from Liam and Tony, they was very helpful never rushed us into a sale, they showed us the different beds ( soft/medium/firm) an the different postures, an left us the try them, when we had come to a decision between two an couldn't decide between them they explained the difference between them. The staff were extremely helpful WITHOUT BEING PUSHY. A gentle and helpful presence was exactly what we wanted to find. We visited a competitors store shortly after our visit to Dreams and found that there was such an unprofessional approach by the staff we left without even looking at their products. we returned to the "comfortable" atmosphere of the Dreams shp and decided to place our business with Dreams, and also all future business with the store. Well done the staff of the Tollgate store, you are a credit to your company.

The store manager was extremely welcoming and completely honest about everything, even offered us drinks and let us be free to roam the store also, not too clingy but a great member of staff

We were given in formation we requested then allowed to peruse the products we were looking for . The assists,nd was available to help with any queries we had without being over baring.

the Salesman approached us not long after we entered the store, offered assistance and was experienced enough to know when to leave us and then reapproach as we had questions. He was not pushy, offered alternatives to our needs and waited for us to decide without hovering. The price range was exactly what we were looking for and the choice was just right. Had not expected to find what we were looking for and came out really pleased with our purchase.

A quick process helped by knowledgeable friendly staff. Liam (Deputy Manager) steered us towards the best types of mattresses we were looking for and gave good advice regarding testing, delivery options and advice. However, he did leave us to undertake our trials at our own pace without lingering but was always available if we needed to ask a question.
