Dreams - Colchester

The shop was well laid out and very clean.Tony, the assistant, could sense that I needed help. He was understanding, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He even offered me a cup of tea or coffee! I bought a sofa bed and he showed me how to use it slowly enough for me to understand! I am satisfied that the product that I have bought is exactly what I need.

Staff were really helpful but appreciated we also wanted time on our own to browse

During my visit to the Dreams store in Colchester it did not take long to find the mattress I was looking for. Tony (the sales person I dealt with) was very helpful in processing my order and I could tell that he knew what he was talking about.

The staff were very friendly and knew about what they were selling. Helped us with choosing the firmness of the mattress by showing us all of the options avaliable to test. Offered us a hot drink while we we looking around. Overall the staff made us feel welcomed.

Both Liam (who we originally spoke to) and Tony (Store Manager) were extremely helpful in providing assistance in a professional but friendly manner.

I had no idea what the different mattresses meant and had never bought one before and the assistant helped me and went through each one and offer me a drink while I sat and went through the paper work. Very friendly people.

We were greeted in a very friendly and discreet manner by Tony, without the pushy sales tactics many other stores use. We were offered a hot drink and left to browse, and we were introduced to Danielle, who would help as soon as we were ready. She was extremely knowledgeable and really easy to talk to, and again she wasn't at all pushy but very professional. She gave some very good advice, and bearing in mind that we were only going to visit, make a note of price and other offers, and then compare with those of other outlets, we ended up purchasing and spending £2100 with a smile on our faces! well done Danielle!
