We were looked after by Liam who was very helpful, not overpowering, very knowledgeable and made our visit a pleasant experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Yes we would recommend.

We spoke to Tony V who was available immediately to understand our needs and answer our questions. He was very pleasant and friendly and had excellent product knowledge. He didn’t crowd us or make us feel under pressure. We had intended to shop around and go to the local Hatfields store but were so impressed with Tony that we decided to buy there and then.

Very helpful staff and understood that I needed to possibly change delivery because of not having an exact moving in date. Also good advice on paying for assembly of bed as they then take all packaging.

The sales assistant (Amanda) was very helpful , knowledgeable and pleasant. The whole process was smooth and swift. We appreciated being offered refreshment , and the opportunity to use the toilet. Overall a very good retail experience.

Tony was very friendly, knowledgeable, put us at ease but didn't hard sell in any way. No pressure, but helped point us to what we wanted and offered flexible payment options Also didn't mind my toddler running riot around the shop! (Sorry, thanks!)

The colleague, Liam, who guided me through the choice of bed and mattress was polite and friendly. He knew what he was talking about and that made my choosing both easy and pleasant. The quality and pricing of the products was carefully explained enabling me to make a suitably informed choice.
