I was shown a range of mattresses and was able to try them.

The team member dealing with my enquiry quickly took on board my requirements, identified the options open to me within my budget and made me aware of what was next in the process. Payment was easy with all details smoothly dealt with, in all a very satisfying shopping experience!

We wanted a memory foam mattress. Tony R immediately helped us, we tested a few out and decided there and then on a purchase. We were in and out of the store in around 30 minutes

Danielle listerned to what we wanted. Showed us where to find what we were looking for then left us alone to try the different matresses and discuss privately. Popping back occasionally to answer questions. We never felt under any obligation to buy or rush our decision.

We were looking for a new mattress and didn’t intend to buy that day as it was the first shop we had been to. We were approached by Tony V he was so helpful he explained about the different types of mattresses and said that it would be best if we tried all the different types he left us to look and try which was what we wanted but he was available to answer all our questions which he did very clearly. We found one that we liked so decided to order it. He took our order and explained that they would take our old mattress away as well if we wanted and gave us a bag to put it in and said if we were unable to get it in ourselves (we are oaps) the guys would do it for us that’s what we call service. We were very impressed with the store and Tony V we would recommend you to anybody
