Visited this store a couple of days before to purchase a new matress - the assistant Liam seemed very knowledgeable of the products took time understand mine and my partners different needs and allowed us time to try out the products to get the right choice and allowed us time to think about the product and make a firm decision. Due to this I returned to get his assistance on a proper pillow for myself and again his assistance was invaluable without being at all pushy. He appeared to know what he was talking about without making it to complicated by spouting technical jargon that wasn't necessary like some places. If asked he explained his answer fully and gave us the technical stuff that was relevant to the question.

Danielle was friendly and took to the time to understand our needs. She asked the right questions to find the answers we didn't know we were looking for; an admirable skill. She was able to explain the products clearly and offer us options.

Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, there when we needed them but not pushy.
