Very kind and helpful staff, just the right amount of help and advice without being pushy or overbearing

Friendly service by all staff in the shop, offered a cup of tea, had a bit of social chat but efficient with the order and good advice on products.

Very good support provided by the staff. Extremely helpful and we managed to buy exactly what we went in for.

Liam the assistant was very pleasant. Introduced himself explained the difference of the mattresses, left us to browse and try and then helped us out to buy.

Very pleased with the attitude and product knowledge (even of competitors' products) of your sales assistant, Danielle. Attentive, but not pushy. Friendly but professional. Makes a nice cuppa tea. Give Danielle whatever she wants - more money; time off. Whatever. She is a valuable employee to you.

Very helpful and explained everything

I came to the store first thing in the morning with my 2 year old. I was approached by Tony the store manager who asked if I needed help. I told him what bed I was interested in and that I was looking for a mattress too. He showed me the bed and the quality with the option of two different slats. He also showed me the strength of the draw quality which was great. He then showed me the mattresses he could offer within my price range. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being 'sales like and pushy' which made me at ease and the process less stressful. I told him I would shop around and have a think. I then returned at the end of the day having traipsed around all the bed shops but went back to Dreams with my husband late afternoon. Tony was on hand again to help and we bought our bed and mattress. Although it was near closing time, it was no bother that we was there late and he didn't make us feel rushed or that he wanted to get home. I would certainly recommend Dreams and the service to all my friends and family.
