Dreams - Colchester

We wanted to replace our mattress which we bought from Dreams some time ago, with something similar. We visited the Colchester store and within minutes Tony V asked if he could help us. He was extremely knowledgable and guided us around the various types of mattresses. Our original idea of having something similar to the one we had was quickly changed when he showed us the igel mattress. After explaining how the mattress was constructed, he left us to test this and have a discussion between ourselves, and even gave us coffee. We were extremely impressed not only with the way the store was laid out which made it easy for us to navigate round the many types of mattresses, but also with his and his colleagues friendly manner. It put us at ease and helped us decide exactly what we wanted. And, we went on to purchase the igel mattress and its being delivered on the 14th Feb. Can’t wait to try this out. Well done to Dreams and in particular to Tony V.

Your staff are fab

Staff were pleasant and not pushy. They gave us all the information we asked for and were able to place the order for delivery within our deadline.

The sofa bed met all my requirements. The store was well located with good close-by parking and easy accesss for all. Inside, it was clean, well laid out, and with a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were not too pushy, but quick to help when needed. The staff were knowledgeable about the products, and very helpful.

sales assistant was very helpful and listened to my requirements. Never once felt pushed or pressured into buying anything i didnt want or couldn't afford

We dealt with two members of staff Tony (I think? He was the store manager) and Liam, both of who were more than helpful and helped guide us to making a choice without any pressure, their product knowledge was incredibly good and helped us narrow down our choices, making it simpler for us.
