Dreams - Colchester

Tony at Tollgate, Colchester, was amazing. Very helpful. I told him about my previous mattress from Dreams and he looked it up on the computer, found he had sold it to us 12 years ago, then found us the current equivalent. Very efficient.

Allowed to look without been hassled.young man offered us a tea or coffe witch we had nice not to have someone breathing down your neck.very relaxing and pleasant young man

STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ANSWERED QUESTIONS WE HAD AND EXPLAINED CLEARLY.

Liam and Danielle were knowledgeable of products and under stood my needs.

The female assistant had a good knowledge of the products available. Her common sense and knowledge helped me choose the correct firmness for the mattress, having an old metal sprung bed I would probably have chosen the wrong mattress on my own. She helped but didn't push me. I was impressed by her attitude and professionalism.

Service was very good friendly and easy to talk to the bed does not arrive until 8th February so can’t tell you about delivery or item (bed) as yet

We were looking to renew our mattress and found Danielle to be a very supportive and helpful person to deal with. She gave us all the information we required and gave us plenty of time to discuss between ourselves what we wanted to do. there was no pushiness of any sort. A very good experience, in fact her attitude encouraged us to buy if anything. Thank you

Knowledgable gentleman who dealt with us but without high pressure sales spiel. I believe it was the store manager who we dealt with. Very pleased.
